Yellow Fever Vaccination
This illness, spread via mosquitoes, is prevalent in many parts of South America and Africa, and is a potentially fatal disease The name yellow fever relates to the symptom of yellow jaundice associated with the disease.

Is Yellow Fever vaccine mandatory?
For certain countries, including Australia, a Yellow Fever vaccination certificate is required if you have travelled from a designated Yellow Fever infected country.
Rabies Vaccination
This viral disease is transmitted from the saliva of infected animals, such as bats, foxes, dogs and cats. The virus affects the central nervous system and can lead to severe brain injury or death. It is most commonly spread from dog bite.

Japanese encephalitis Vaccination
This is a rare but severe virus infection spread by mosquitoes. People infected with Japanese encephalitis often may be asymptomatic. However, in rare cases,the disease may cause permanent neurological complications or may be fatal.
Japanese encephalitis vaccine – ‘Imojev’ – $296
Japanese encephalitis vaccination may be recommended for the following regions and countries:

- China
- Papua New Guinea
Can I obtain a certificate for international travel?
Yes. We can supply ‘fitness to travel’ and vaccination certificates for international travel at your vaccination appointment. We are a Government and WHO authorised Yellow Fever vaccination centre.
When to get your travel vaccines
We recommend scheduling your vaccines at least 2-3 weeks before travelling. However, we can provide vaccinations up to a day before your departure, if required.
